The video guide was made before the MCSR Fairplay mod was legalized.
All of the files required for submissions are included in MCSR Fairplay zips.
If you are using the MCSR Fairplay mod, this message will appear in the Minecraft chat after running /seed:

After clicking [HERE], follow the instructions on screen and zip files when given the option if you are required to (review time barriers below).
RSG time barriers for file submission:
1.16+: Runs under 13 minutes
1.13-1.15: Runs under 20 minutes
1.9-1.12: Runs under 30 minutes
Pre 1.9: Runs under 25 minutes
MCSR Fairplay zips covers all file requirements, but runs even faster than the times listed above also require audio in the submitted video. For more specific information or information on other categories, review the official rules document.
